In evidence of this, we are a national facilitator for the federally funded, nonprofit Center for Naval Analyses (CNA, formerly the CNA Corporation) and their training course on managing bias.

About Our Founder –
Felix Martinez Sanchez, Ed.D.
Felix Martinez Sanchez, Ed.D, is a respected figure in the world of law enforcement and education. With a career spanning over a decade, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His qualifications include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Trident University International, where he focused on community policing models. He also holds a Master of Professional Studies in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice Leadership from St. John’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies: Crime and Criminology from Southern New Hampshire University.
Dr. Martinez's career includes roles as a Law Enforcement Advisor, a Police Officer, a Campus Police Sergeant, a Correctional Officer, and a Probation Officer. His dedication to aligning law enforcement operations with community policing and evidence-based strategies has been a constant thread throughout these roles. He has designed and created multiple capacity-building and collaborative community programs, as well as Active Shooter Response, Community Policing, and Workplace Violence & Title IX courses at CUNY.

He has also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Howard University, where he contributed his knowledge in various social science courses. Furthermore, his service as a Police Officer for Riverdale Park Police Department reflects his commitment to safeguarding communities and enhancing police-community relations.

Notably, Dr. Martinez has been a Law Enforcement Liaison, establishing close connections with regional police departments and engaging in policing presentations and restorative conversations. His bilingual skills in English and Spanish and proficiency in various technologies add further depth to his expertise.

In recognition of his outstanding service, Dr. Martinez has received numerous honors and awards, including the Meritorious Award from CUNY, a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition, and a New York State Assembly Citation for Exemplary Community Service.

Dr. Martinez's professional affiliations include the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Maryland Chiefs of Police Association, Alpha Phi Sigma, and the American Society of Evidence-Based Policing.
